Here at Two Tails we recently hosted guests from our Australian distributors, Fesq & Co. We’ve had a long association working with this Australian 5th and 6th generation fine wine importers, and it was Fesq & Co that provided the opportunity for us to allow Two Tails to spread its wings by adding the varietals, Marlborough Pinot Gris and Marlborough Pinot Noir, to our already successful Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.
We took our visitors to the wonderful d’Urvilles Restaurant, right here in Blenheim, and the menu that was put together for us to match our Two Tails wines, inspired this Easter Menu that we thought you’d love.
