This competition offers consumers independent information to help in their choice of wines more likely to enhance the pleasures of the daily dining experience and, by so doing, to add enjoyment and contentment to their everyday lives.
Only fifteen per cent of entries advance to being tasted with food and those finalists are judged alongside appropriate food. JUDGED with FOOD Award winners are not just judged for technical correctness. Additionally, they are judged again for their harmony and balance, key to their ability to complement appropriate food dishes.
